This "Saimenki" manual spiral vegetable slicer / noodler allows you to create beautiful spiral slices of fruits and vegetable with ease and precision. To use this slicer, first cut off the ends of your vegetable to create two flat surfaces. Press one side firmly into the blade and push the other into the spikes of the vegetable turner. Once your vegetable is secure, apply pressure to the area marked 'push' with your thumb and with your other hand begin spinning the handle to press the vegetable into the blade. As you turn, uniform slices of vegetables will begin pouring out the other side.
