Authorization must be obtained from Taiko Enterprises Corporation prior any returns. No return will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of items and without proper written authorization from Taiko Enterprises Corporation Authorized return must be shipped to Taiko Enterprises Corporation by a common carrier within 5 days of written authorization data and must be prepaid by the buyer. Taiko Enterprises Corporation is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom manufactured and special ordered/packaged returns will not be accepted.
