Isshin Tasuke is a non-woven ceramic fiber fabric for use in food prep and preservation. The roll gently absorbs excess moisture from meat, fish, vegetables, etc. while the essential moisture inside the food remains where it is. The sheet also prevents oxidation and color loss, and can even be used to keep fruits and veggies from drying out if dampened. Perfectly safe and hygenic as it is free from bleaching agents or adhesives.
